Steve's industry experience includes professional services companies, real estate, higher education, publishing and banking. 

Steve has served in senior operations, finance and human resources roles and on the boards of non-profit organizations and businesses.  His experience also includes twenty years in the management of nonprofit organizations.  He holds a Masters degree in finance and labor relations.


Steve Kallan is an operations, finance and organization development professional with over thirty years experience in nonprofit organizations and businesses. His work has been particularly effective during periods of start-up, change and growth.
