Global New York-based advertising and PR firm – helped design a comprehensive performance management  system.

Family / founder run professional services firm – analyzed long-term business viability and creation of a subsidiary organization. Assessed client, staff and family dynamics as part of recommending organization improvements.

National real estate property management and development company - led management aspects of restructuring that enabled company to bridge a challenging market cycle and return to profitability. National advocacy nonprofit organization - reversed a ten-year cycle of contraction and rebuilt program strength. Tied together program and financial management and rebuilt reporting, analytical and financial systems.  Reduced operating expenses 20% while helping to rebuild program strength nationally.  Rebuilt operating reserves from nearly zero to 70% of annual operating budget.  Kept  benefits costs flat during a period of double digit inflation.

Social service advocacy organization – linked strategic planning, branding and financial management to create a management and growth strategy. Led a branding process including new service options designed to enhance visibility and fundraising potential.

Global nonprofit -
managed growth as organization tripled in size over three years while reducing recurring administrative operating expenses by 15%.  Established a development and communications function where none existed previously. Re-branded the organization and established a new web and social media presence.  Established new nonprofit organization in the EU as a conduit for 20% of program revenue.

DC think tank – recommended a new approach for filling a key position. Then recruited and hired a niche-market professional costing the organization one fifth the normal fee.
